12 oz. sliced pepperoni
16 oz. colby jack cheese, cubed
(3) 8 oz. Pillsbury Big Biscuits, Buttermilk, Flaky Layers
8 oz. grated parmesan cheese
3.1 oz. Italian style seasoning
4 oz. garlic powder
Eggs
Marinara Sauce, for dipping
Directions
  1. Half the biscuit so you have a top and bottom.
  2. Flatten biscuit. 
  3. Add pepperoni in the center, then a cube of cheese and a pepperoni on top. 
  4. Fold up biscuit to form a ball.
  5. Brush with beaten egg. 
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. 
  7. Bake at 425 F for 14 minutes. 
  8. Serve with marinara sauce.
